Meg is a holistic nutrition and vaccine education consultant with a focus in cannabis, and PTSD related anxiety. She graduated from The Energetic Health Institute of California and accepted an internship with the school upon graduation. She has advanced twice within the faculty organization and plays an important roll in the success of future holistic nutritionists.
Additionally, Meg graduated from The Holistic Cannabis Academy, and is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition™ through the Holistic Nutrition Credentialing Board™ and the National Association of Nutrition Professionals®.
Her unique self-administered approach to naturally relieving the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), like anxiety, utilizes a combination of therapies from holistic nutrition to creating self-love through positive communication.

Physical, emotional, and psychological childhood abuse resulted in Meg suffering from severe PTSD for most of her life. She has experienced a multitude of symptoms ranging from anxiety to irritability, depression, insomnia, fear-based belief systems, eating disorders, mood-swings, self-destructive behaviors, nightmares, hostility, and other PTSD-related ailmnets.
She is proficient in understanding how food and supplemental choices (which ones, how they are sourced, and how they are prepared) contribute to the re-occurrence of these types of conditions. She can guide you towards foods and herbs that will nourish a more peaceful state.
Meg is very knowledgeable in the mechanics of the human mind. She understands how thoughts and perceived belief systems can keep one in a perpetual state of anxiety after experiencing trauma.
